1) Go to Contract Address

2) Go to point 9. PoolInfo. Type PoolID number of you token and click "Query"

3) Click on LP Token address
4) Click on Token Tracker (Pancake LP) button
5) Go to Contract and than to Read Contract
6) Go to point 5. Check if you have LP tokens on that farm on balanceOf.

7) Connect to Web3
8) Go to 4. Emergency withdraw and put Pool ID (You can see the list in point 2)
